Commitment to Accessibility

Research Lambda, a product of Health Innovations LLC, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that everyone — including users with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, or other disabilities — should be able to access the information and tools they need to do their work. We continually work to improve the user experience for all visitors and to apply the relevant accessibility standards across our website and platform.

We aim for our public-facing website and the Research Lambda platform to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines help make web content more accessible for users with a wide range of disabilities and help improve usability for all users.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We take the following steps to keep our services accessible:

• Including accessibility as part of our design and development process
• Testing pages and features with keyboard navigation and assistive technologies
• Providing sufficient color contrast, readable typography, and consistent structure
• Labeling form fields, interactive controls, and images with meaningful alternatives
• Reviewing third-party libraries and components for accessibility support
• Training our team on accessibility best practices

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known areas where we are still working toward full conformance include:

• Some legacy screenshots and embedded media may lack complete text alternatives or captions
• Certain data-dense visualizations and tables may be difficult to interpret with some assistive technologies; text-based equivalents are being added
• Third-party content or integrations embedded in the platform may not fully meet our accessibility standards
• Older blog posts or documentation may not yet be updated to current accessibility standards

We are actively working to address these limitations and prioritize improvements based on user impact.
